My name is Chris Lemig, and I am a transpersonal hypnotherapist, author, and meditation teacher. Prior to pursuing a career in hypnotherapy, I spent several years as a Buddhist monk studying philosophy, meditation, and religious ritual in India and Nepal. In 2019, I founded True Nature Hypnotherapy and work with private clients to heal past traumas and create powerful, healthy changes in their lives.
When you work with me, you will feel heard, respected, and encouraged. I want to help you find the resources within yourself that—up until now—you didn’t even realize were there. At the same time, I don’t pull any punches, and I will tell you what you need to hear in order to heal and grow.
To prepare for each session, I clear out my own headspace and energy to make sure that I’m focused solely on helping you achieve your highest possible outcome. And I leave my personal agendas at the door—I am interested only in the best, most transformative result for you.
Personally, I maintain a daily practice of self-inquiry, self-hypnosis, meditation, honest reflection, and personal growth so that I walk the walk that I talk. I live and model the principles that I share and teach, believing in progress, not perfection.
In addition, I am a contributing writer to Choosing Therapy, a premier mental health resource site, national therapist directory, and online therapy platform. One of my articles, “Hypnosis for Confidence: How It Works, Examples & Effectiveness” explains my approach to hypnotherapy and how hypnosis can help you become your most confident self.
